Complaint filed charges that Al Curtis will not have lived in the district for 12 months before election day

A Democratic Party member has objected to state Senate candidate Al Curtis' nomination on the Conservative line, charging that Curtis will not have lived in the district for the requisite 12 months by this Election Day.
The complaint ... is being handled by West Brighton attorney Christopher Nalley, the Democratic law chairman.
The Board of Elections will consider the objection during the week of August 2. Nalley said it's likely an objection to Curtis' GOP nomination on the same grounds would be filed next week.
